💥 We’re delighted to have partnered with Legal Practice Management (LPM) at the LPM Conference 2024 on Monday July 1st - it was a super-busy and productive day!

We learned loads speaking with so many leaders from the UK SME legal space and listening to the expert speakers discussing a wide range of topics. We also had the opportunity to speak to many firms who are looking at replacing legacy systems and focussing on a move to contemporary cloud software. 🗣️ 👂

🙏 Thanks very much to everyone who participated in our ‘Getting Automation Right’ roundtable chaired by Cherilyn Tan and Mike Hinchliffe. For those that weren’t able to attend, here are 3 quick takeaways:

1.) Get the basics right. Automation has to work for all users, so don’t overcomplicate things!

2.) Integrate wisely. Ensure that disparate systems are adding value and being woven in seamlessly when they are being added into automated processes.

3.) Focus on adding value. Don’t automate for the sake of it. Automate first where the most value can be added: these are often daily, repeated tasks or processes which follow a set workflow. Billing being an obvious example.
